I had such a frustrating experience with the reception staff. I arrived after a long drive, only to be told there were no rooms available despite my earlier confirmation. The staff treated Arab guests better, which felt unfair and exhausting.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was impressive and neat. The view was pleasant, the service was excellent.

We had an excellent stay for service and for other needs.

Loved our stay, and would recomand the hotel. Everything was good, favourable location next to lamar 2 tower and restaurant for breakfast, fast staff. The rooms where spacious with good Wi-Fi.

The room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The shuttle service was efficient, transporting guests to and from the nearby area quickly. Plus, the location offered easy access to groceries, which was a definite advantage.

Staff were COURTEOUS, room was spacious and impressive with mind blowing facilities. Coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators were available. The location was marvellous and fantastic outside of the Harram area.

I enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. That venue was in a great and fantastic location, to the first tower. Further, it was not far from Makkah, and a taxi.

we had a great stay at lamar ajyad first hotel tower. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, including toiletries and a kettle. the shuttle service was convenient and timely, with friendly drivers like khattab making our journeys enjoyable. we appreciated the hassle-free early check-in and the cooperation from the housekeeping staff. the hotel’s location was also advantageous, with easy access to bus services nearby.

The spacious quad room was surprisingly comfortable, with helpful staff. The shuttle service to Haram was prompt and efficient, taking the stress out of travel. And a supermarket right below the hotel was a lifesaver for snacks and essentials!

Lekker shuttle service every 30 mins to Haram, staff were super cute, helped me out a lot. The room was comfy enough to catch a good rest after long days. Loved having a shop downstairs for quick snacks!

The restaurant's buffet could've been a bit better, not much variety.
